This is the personal website of Tim Bates.
I founded Bristol based T B Design Systems in 1990, supplying computer aided design (CAD) systems to architects and engineers.
In December 1999 I joined Excitech, a leading UK Autodesk System Centre. The sales, support and training services of TB Design Systems were also transferred to Excitech.
I retired from full time employment in May 2016 after holding senior management positions within Excitech (Technical Director), Newforma (EMEA Operations Director) and COINS:FULCRO (Business Development Manager – VDC/BIM Technologies).
I am also a keen photographer and help to run the Nikon Owner North West Group.
